Beginning in January of 2009, Siffrin, Inc. has offered young adults with disabilities the opportunity to participate in Project SEARCH. The Project SEARCH Employment Training Program is an internship program that provides vocational and educational opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The work site for the Project SEARCH program is at
Aultman Hospital in Stark County. Aultman is dedicated to increasing employment opportunities for qualified persons with disabilities.
