Board of Directors
Siffrin is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of persons with family members who have disabilities and those interested in the issues faced by people with disabilities. Their responsibility is to set policy, guide the direction of Siffrin services, annually approve the agency budget, and hire and evaluate the Executive Director.

According to the Siffrin Constitution
- The Community Relations and Development Committee membership shall include the Treasurer of the Board and two non-Board members
- The Executive Committee shall be comprised of the Officers of the Board and the immediate past President of the Board
- The Finance Committee shall be chaired by the Treasurer of the Board and shall include the Chairperson of the Community Relations Development
- The Strategic Planning Committee shall be chaired by the Vice-President of the Board of Directors
